How To Lead A Team
I’ve been thinking recently about a few things that I would like to have happen in business this year. I don’t know about you but I love the planning and imaging the full potential of an idea. Then I have to ascertain what needs to happen for that to happen?
Perhaps like me you are great at working out WHAT you want to HAVE happen and pretty good too at working out what you need to DO. But do have you ever consider HOW you need to BE for this to happen.
Resourcing yourself and developing how you think can impact your performance.
How do you need to be to make that happen?
Is there any other kind of resource or support you need?
I have answered these questions in a number of ways from, I need to be more focused or more organised.
Sometimes I need to learn something or ask for or pay for help. Taking time to consider this can ensure you are always set up for success and able to lead your team at your best more of the time.
